Experience at the center of modern bank regulation.
Vantro Advisors is led by Chloé Dolsenhe, a former Enforcement Attorney-Advisor at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), where she supported both the Novel Bank and Large Bank Supervision portfolios on complex supervisory and enforcement matters.
During her time at the OCC, she founded and led several cross-disciplinary initiatives, including the AI Task Force within the Enforcement Division, and regularly briefed senior officials on third-party risk management, emerging technology, and the use of AI in financial services.
The OCC is the primary federal regulator for national banks, federal savings associations, and federal branches of foreign banks, and would also serve as a direct prudential supervisor for certain stablecoin issuers under the GENIUS Act.

Regulatory judgment meets operator execution.
